Return, Refund & Cancelation

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled from our side. In such cases, do not receive the package from the delivery person. The order will be returned to us and your payment will be refunded within one week.

We will process your refund within 24 hours of sending the confirmation email. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the bank to deposit the amount into your account.

Yes, you can return a product you are not satisfied with within 48 hours of delivery. However, in such cases return shipping charges will be applied.

If you want to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it, you need to contact our customer care team. Such cancelled orders will only be refunded in the form of store credits. It will be redeemable on our website within the specified period from the time of issuance. Cancellation of your order may take up to 2 business days. We will notify you a receipt for your cancellation request via email.

Aadhira Clothing will charge 10% of the order value due to cancellation fees. This fees includes management and handling charges.

 

You can cancel your order by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click on "My Account".
  • Go to the "Orders" tab.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel. Click on the "Cancel" option.

Your order will be cancelled. If you have issues cancelling your order, please contact the customer care team to proceed with your cancellation request.

If you believe your package has been tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept your order.

You must inform us of any defect in the product or incorrectly shipped order at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the product over a live chat or through raising a ticket at helpdesk.

You need to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. We will arrange the appropriate time with our courier partner. Upon receiving the product, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost. You will receive an email when the replacement is shipped.

If the product appears to be free of manufacturing defects, but is damaged due to misuse, it will not be replaced. We will provide only credits that can be used within 6 months.

If the replacement is out of stock or you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a credit or full cash refund.

In case you received any defected or damaged or wrong product, we do have an option for replacement or refund based on customer’s preference. You must inform us any concerns you may have within 48 hours of delivery over a live chat or through raising a ticket at helpdesk. Once you have submitted your report, we will issue a Return Authorization Reference along with the steps to be followed to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
