Yes. Payments via Pre-paid Gift card are accepted if:

  • it is a valid visa/master card issued by a bank with CVV and expiration date (as a regular card).
  • it is eligible for International transactions.

You may unable to use your credit/debit card if:

  • you entered incorrect details of the credit/debit card
  • credit/debit card is declined from the bank
  • you crossed excess credit limit available on your credit card
  • your credit card company doesn't allow overseas transactions
  • there is a mismatch of Shipping and Billing address.

We accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Credit/Debit Card, enter your credit/debit card number, card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card).

You will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Once you have added all the items you want to purchase to your cart, click proceed to checkout. In the checkout, there is an option to select Net Banking under the Payment Options. We accept payment through Net Banking from any Indian Bank.

No. In COD option, we only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.

The order value for a COD payment ranges from Rs.1000 (minimum) to Rs.25,000 (maximum). You are required to pay the money to the delivery boy before you receive the package.

“Cash on Delivery” is an option which does not require you to pay us in advance. Once the product is delivered at your doorstep, then you have to make the payment in cash.

When you opt for “Cash on Delivery” option, it gives you more time to make the payment, thus lowering your risk of online fraud.

You can make purchases on Aadhira Clothing by using the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa/Amex/Master Card)
  • Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards)
  • Net Banking (All leading banks)
  • UPI
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

You cannot add more items after you place your order. However, you may order the additional item(s) separately.

We treat "Payment Pending" orders as canceled orders. These orders are not processed further.

You can cancel your order by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click on "My Account".
  • Go to the "Orders" tab.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel. Click on the "Cancel" option.

Your order will be cancelled.

At Aadhira Clothing, every product of ours is designed uniquely and made in limited quantities. Therefore, the possibility of re-availability of a sold out item is very rare.

However, you can click on the "Let me know when this product is back in stock" option to get an auto-generated email whenever there is re-availability of the sold out items.

It may take some time for your order's status to be updated in the system. Please check it again after a few minutes.

If you want to speed up the delivery process, please contact our customer care team. We will let you know about the  possibility and the additional charges.

We at Aadhira Clothing do our best to ensure that your order is shipped within the promised time. However, in some cases processing may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as out of stock. In these situations, we will offer you a choice to either get a refund or to accept gift cards of equal value that can be used to purchase other products.

You can monitor the current status of your order(s) by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click on "My Account".
  • Go to the "Orders" tab.
  • Click on "View Details" to check your order details and status.

The estimated delivery time depends on the product. Please refer to the order confirmation email where the shipping time of each item is listed.

If you choose the stitching service, it will take another 5 business days to ship the item(s).

After shipping, it takes about 4 to 6 business days for the product to arrive at your doorstep by courier.

If your order was successful, you will receive an order confirmation email instantly.

Sometimes when your payment is done, you still do not receive any order confirmation email. Don't worry, as these cases occur very rarely due to technical errors.

Alternatively, you may go to the "My Account" section to see your order details. This information may take some time to get updated in your account.
